AMET.AE Warranty and Return Policy

1. Free Returns Eligibility

Any product sold and shipped directly by AMET.AE is eligible for free returns within fifteen (15) working days from the date of delivery.

Return Conditions:

Items must be returned complete with all original attachments, accessories, and a copy of the original sales invoice.

2. Product Warranty

The warranty period for all goods is calculated starting from the date of the original sale.

• Warranty Scope: AMET.AE warrants this product against manufacturing defects for the duration of the specified warranty period. All indicated warranty periods are provided by the AMET.AE Store.
• Replacement Policy: If a product is deemed to be beyond economical repair, the AMET.AE Store reserves the right to replace the unit with a suitable equivalent model of the same brand.
• Non-Transferability: This warranty is non-transferable and will be rendered void if the product’s serial number is removed, modified, or deliberately obscured.

3. Warranty Exclusions and Limitations

This warranty explicitly does not cover damages resulting from:

• Accident or misuse.
• Improper transportation or negligent handling.
• Exposure to humidity or rust.
• Use with voltage settings other than those designated by the manufacturer.
• Operation in a manner that is not in accordance with the manufacturer’s instruction manual.

In such excluded events, and if the product is found to be non-repairable, the AMET.AE Store is not responsible for restoring or returning the product in its original state.

4. Repair and Service Fees

A service fee will be charged for any subsequent repairs (after the first repair) carried out during the warranty period. The cost will be determined based on the complexity and level of the repairs required. Charges will also apply for any software upgrades performed.
