More music, less background

With two microphones in each earcup and Dual Noise Sensor technology to capture ambient sound, you can block outside noise everywhere you go, so the only thing you hear is your music.

Listen smarter

The Integrated Processor V1 helps to eliminate external sound, with a low processing delay to make the Noise Cancelling more effective than ever.

Keep the wind quiet

A newly developed Wind Noise Reduction Structure around the mic reduces background noise for you, and keeps focus on your favourite music.

More natural ambient sound

In Ambient Sound mode, the WH-CH720N headphones capture more of the ambient sound around you thanks to the feedforward and feedback mics, so you can enjoy a natural listening experience while staying connected to your environment. Plus, the Sony | Headphones Connect app allows you to adjust the ambient sound in 20 levels, or use the Focus on Voice setting to chat without removing your headphones.

Adaptive Sound Control automatically adjusts to whatever you do

Adaptive Sound Control is a smart function that senses where you are and what you’re doing, then adjusts ambient sound settings for the ideal listening experience. It even recognises locations that you frequently visit, such as your workplace, the gym, or a favourite café, and switches the sound modes that suit the situation.

Lightweight wireless Noise Cancelling

The WH-CH720N headphones weigh just 192 g, our lightest overhead wireless headphones with Noise Cancelling yet, for incredible comfort without compromising on technology.

More comfort, more music

The WH-CH720N headphones include soft, oval-shaped earpads so you’ll never need to take a break from your favourite music. Comfortable synthetic leather and urethane materials combine with optimum ear pad structure and dimensions for exceptional wearability.

Select the colour that suits your style

The sleek design is available in black, blue and white, giving you the option to match the headphones to your style.2

Stay powered up

With up to 35 hours of battery life, you’ll have enough power to keep listening all day and into the night. And if you need to top up in a hurry, a 3-minute quick charge will give you up to 60 minutes extra play time.

Battery life is up to 50 hours with Noise Cancelling off.

Experience a better-balanced sound

Our Integrated Processor V1 provides an authentic listening experience by reproducing the detail in your music with minimal distortion. The sound tuning is intentionally designed to be well-balanced from low to high frequencies, with natural and clear vocals.

Crystal-clear conversations

With Precise Voice Pickup Technology, Wind Noise Reduction Structure, and beamforming mics to pick up your voice, you will enjoy clearer calls and better conversations.

Keeping your authentic sound

When an original music source is compressed, it loses the high-frequency elements that add detail and richness to a track. Our Digital Sound Enhancement Engine (DSEE) faithfully restores these to produce high-quality sound that’s closer to the original recording.

Your sound, just how you like it

Tailor sound to your personal preference. Choose from a variety of pre-sets to match sound quality with the genre of music you’re listening to. Or create and save your own using the equaliser feature on the Sony│Headphones Connect app.

Multipoint connectivity

For total convenience, these Bluetooth headphones can be paired with two Bluetooth devices at the same time. So when a call comes in, your headphones know which device is ringing and connects to the right one automatically.

Control with your voice

Get hands-free help—Just say “Ok Google” or “Alexa” to activate your preferred voice assistant. Listen to music, connect with friends, get notifications, set reminders, and more.
