Refund and Returns Policy

Amet.ae is owned and maintained by Al Madani Electronics Trading L.L.C Company
Whether you ordered the wrong part or realized afterward that you wanted to upgrade, amet.ae offers a no-hassle return and exchange policy to help you get the right gear you need for your system. Unless it is specifically stated on a product page, the following policy applies to all Amet.ae purchases:

General Return Guidelines

In order for any amet.ae product to qualify for a return, you must provide the original Invoice. Please contact Customer Service before attempting to submit a return. We must verify the goods are in good enough condition to qualify for a return. Kindly note we will not cover the cost to ship returnable items to amet.ae as well as the shipping of all replacement items back to customer.

Exchange & Return Policy

Exchange or Return is possible only within 7 days from the date of delivery subject to the terms herein.
No Exchange or Return shall be made without the Original Invoice provided and the product (including the unit carton) is returned, along with accessories & FOC (Free of Cost) items, if applicable.

No Exchange or Return shall be made for the following product categories: All Accessories, Cartridges & Toners.
all Refund will be in mode as used at the time of purchase, in credit or debit card case it can be 7-15 days time as per the buyer’s bank operations.

Overseas Buyers

Customers from outside UAE are responsible for the shipping costs back to amet.ae office in Dubai.
These terms & conditions shall be governed and constructed in accordance with the laws of the UAE as applied in the respective emirate.
The product itself must be 100% intact and in the same condition, when it was sold. Any packaging materials included with your purchase that include, but are not limited to, disks, CDs, manuals, materials, warranty cards and digital media must be returned with the item.

The following amet.ae items do not qualify for a refund or exchange under this policy:

Accessories
Cartridges
Toners
Bulk Orders (more than 5 pieces of one item)

Consumable Products

Consumable products will not qualify for a return and/or exchange through amet.ae, Any support, requests for replacement, or issues with these products must be directly handled through the customer support of the manufacturer of the consumable product. Consumable products include, but are not limited to:

Ink cartridges
Toner cartridges
Blank media discs

All items received for a return/exchange are subject to inspection by a amet.ae customer service team member prior to approval of the returns/exchange request. amet.ae reserves the right to reject any returns/exchanges that do not adhere to this policy.
